Our Partnership

Where we are,
what's next.

Airborne has been JAAQ's creative and website partner since June 2025 — through the brand refresh, the full site rebuild, and the ongoing creative system that supports the business day-to-day. This page is a handover snapshot: what's been built, how the partnership works, what's open, and where to pick things up.

Worth knowing up front
  • Monday.com is the source of truth for all briefs, requests, and tracking — not email.
  • The website was built by Airborne, so technical changes, CMS questions, and new pages route to us.
  • There's no minimum spend on the partnership — small requests are welcome and don't need a separate scope.
  • Des is your first port of call for anything in-flight or operational. Luke for new thinking, scope conversations, or anything strategic.
Our work together
Brand Platform
Positioning, narrative, and brand foundations developed in 2025. Underpins everything visual and verbal.
Brand identity & system
Full visual identity, typography, colour, and component library. Templates, sales assets, social and event production. Used across the business.
Website
Multi-page, modular site designed for easy page building. Full redesign and rebuild 2025–26. Built on Sanity CMS with a Next.js / Node.js React-based stack, maintained by Airborne.
Ongoing creative
Responsive, day-to-day support across: social graphics, event materials, video and motion edits, deck components, small site changes, production overflow. Live now.
How we work
Ongoing
Partnership agreement
Ad hoc creative support: sales assets, banner updates, small site changes, production overflow, deck components.
Use this for: ongoing execution requirements, quick turnaround or anything that fits the rhythm of ongoing support. No new brief or quote needed — just send it through Monday.
Project-based
Per-project
Larger defined pieces scoped and quoted separately: website builds, campaign production, brand work, major creative work.
Use this when: there's a defined deliverable, a deadline, and it needs its own budget. We'll scope and quote before starting.
Ready to deploy — awaiting approval

Two changes built and sitting on staging. No budget needed, just sign-off to push live.

  • Banner updates
  • Press section added to site footer
Paused — worth picking back up

Two pieces of work that were scoped and explored but didn't progress. Both are still relevant and the thinking is in place to move quickly when ready.

  • Video integration into website pages — options explored, ready to revisit. View Figma
  • Hosted and Embedded page enhancements — proposed updates documented and ready to revisit. View Figma
Suggested next step: a 30-minute call to walk through the options and decide what fits now.
Already covered under our partnership
  • Sales enablement assets: modular, reusable deck components
  • Product visuals (Mustard outputs) into website modules
  • JAAQ at Work / hosted proposition creative refresh
  • Webinar and events asset production
  • PR activation assets when Founders.com brief is ready
All of these sit within the existing partnership — no new scope or contract needed. Brief through Monday and we'll pick them up.
